Family-owned and operated by Stephen Williams, Bouquet has become synonymous with high-quality service and creative menus comprised of fresh, local ingredients.

In 2007, Stephen opened Bouquet right beneath his own apartment in the Covington, KY neighborhood of Mainstrasse he had come to call home. The restaurant doubled in size with the addition of the second-floor dining room in 2012, complete with a full bar and a private dining space. In the spring of 2021, the event space was expanded to include an outdoor area.

In the nearly decade and a half since opening, Bouquet has been named the “Best Restaurant in Kentucky” by Business Insider and has earned a spot on Cincinnati Magazine’s influential “Top Ten” list six years in a row. Esquire Magazine recently included Bouquet on a list of “100 Restaurants America Can’t Afford to Lose.” Williams’ ingenuity as a chef earned him a coveted spot in the 2014 “Cincy in NYC” trip, where eight of Cincinnati’s top chefs combined forces for one amazing dinner at New York’s James Beard House.

Stephen channels his dedication to the community into work with various local charities and organizations, including collaborations with the Freestore Foodbank, the SIDS Foundation, Chef’s Collaborative, and the scholarship fund at the Midwest Culinary Institute.
