Located in Covington, Kentucky, Bouquet opened as one of the first restaurants in the area to embrace local and sustainable farming as a cornerstone of its mission - a practice that remains at the core of our operations today.
Bouquet is proud to operate a scratch kitchen, allowing the ability to specifically tailor our menu to guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
We are able to accommodate most food allergies and can adapt most menu items to suit gluten free, vegan, or vegetarian diets.
Our deep relationships with over fifty local farmers allow for a constantly evolving menu, inspired by the seasons’ freshest ingredients.
In addition to our innovative and dynamic offerings of charcuterie, small plates, entrees, and desserts, we’re pretty proud of our extensive bourbon collection too.
