Located in Covington, Kentucky, Chef Stephen Williams opened Bouquet as one of the first restaurants in the area to embrace local and sustainable farming as a cornerstone of its mission - a practice that remains at the core of our operations today.
Our deep relationships with over fifty local farmers allow for a constantly evolving menu, inspired by the seasons’ freshest ingredients.
